Come see a meeting, meet Pack 1776 families, and ask questions. No commitment required.
Who can join?
Girls and boys in kindergarten through fifth grade in the Marietta and Roswell area.
When and where do you meet?
Den meetings are generally held on the first Sunday of the month, and pack meetings are generally held on the third Sunday at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Marietta. The first den meeting of the 2026–27 year is Oct. 4. Scoutbook is the official source for dates, so check the Calendar page before attending.
Can we visit before joining?
Yes. Families are welcome to visit, meet leaders, and ask questions before deciding.
Do we need Scouting experience?
No. New families receive guidance about registration, uniforms, and getting started.
How involved are parents?
Cub Scouting is a family program. Parents and caring adults should expect to participate, especially with younger Scouts. At least one parent per family should attend the virtual parent meeting or watch the recording.
What does it cost?
Pack dues are not increasing for 2026–27, and the new Class B shirt is included. Current pack discounts include $10 for registering by Aug. 31, $5 for registered and fully trained leaders by Aug. 31, and $5 for siblings registered with Pack 1776. Request information or click the button to Register for Pack 1776 for the current total registration and pack cost.
